The scientific study that was done covered over 410,000 people and found a strong relationship between tea consumption and a reduced risk of all-cause dementia (↓29%), including Alzheimer’s disease (↓12%) and vascular dementia (↓25% ). Furthermore, tea intake was found to be significant even among people with key dementia risk factors (less physical activity, older age and smokers).
